Who says you can’t have your cake…? Back in October, I had the pleasure of capturing the NEAWP (Nuptial Essentials Association of Wedding Professionals) 2009 Convention at the Driskill Hotel in Austin, TX. And of course, there were tons of amazing wedding vendors, including Simon Lee Bakery. Now, can you imagine a wedding cake taller than you? I’m 5’8″, and this cake was huge as well as gorgeous! Just thought you’d enjoy this photo of their beautiful confection right before lunch…. enjoy!
