I’ll admit, I’m a huge fan of shooting bridal portraits. I’m not really sure why. Maybe it’s because I always enjoyed fashion photography, but without all the stuffiness. Plus, it always ends up being such a fun time for the bride, the mother of the bride, and myself! Also, I’m pretty blessed when it comes to brides that like to have fun in front of the camera.
Paige is no exception. Our shoot at the Driskill Hotel was such an enjoyable time. Between shooting in different locations inside the hotel, Paige and I exchanged ideas on different shots, making the shoot much more of a collaboration than a directed project. I think many brides expect the shoot to be much more structured, but I always keep it light and fun. Congratulations Paige, you did an amazing job!

I love your Bridal portraits and I really wish my brides “up North” would try it:)

It seems like more East Coast and West Coast brides are enjoying the idea of having their own personal photo shoot. So hopefully it’ll catch on in Canada. I know your shots would be gorgeous, Barb :)
